Poor communication.

I was amazed at Tom's painstaking attention to detail when Eagle Roof Cleaning cleaned my roof. He hand-brushed around each and every shingle! Before the cleaning, I was told my roof had only another year of life. It has been 3 years since my initial cleaning and it still looks great. Tom comes back at my request each year to treat my roof; guaranteeing that I will not have moss on my roof again. He cleans my gutters and downspouts. The additional benefit is that I don't have the water problems in my yard and crawlspace that I used to have when the gutters & downspouts clogged.
