We received Daniel`s number from Linda's father Andrew, Andrew said only call Daniel and he will take care of you. Before Daniel we called 3 other roofing contrators in lower makefield, 2 said you need a new roof and the third one said I can repair it but it will only last 6 months and you need a new roof then. I worked for toll brothers for 25 years as a structural engineer and know shingles should last 35 years. And GAF timberline the shingle most homes have say they provide a lifetime warranty witch is 40 years on their shingles. So why is everyone saying replace the roof? Easy. New roof 14k..... Daniel repaired our roof 9 years ago for 1,600 and it's still going strong. Today I called him for new gutters and thought I should leave a review to let people know how great he is, and he lives in our area.
