Tom Whitton has every reason to be exceptionally proud of his son, James Whitton, who made this happen when our chert chimney began to leak during heavy rains. James made multiple trips to our home to diagnose and fix the leaks, and overall is a very impressive and conscientious young man who truly cares about his family business's' reputation. Purchased a home that had faulty roofing and needed repairs, searched online and selected Whitton Roofing to do the repairs and replace skylights that were not properly installed. James Whitton came out the same day I called while on the way to another job and gave me an estimate for the work, he was scheduled to do the job and though Hurricane Irma was fast approaching he still showed up two days before the hurricane hit our area and did a wonderful job and sealed up the leaky roof around the skylights and installed new quality skylights and we have not had one drop of water since. Even though the hurricane bought torrential rains we were sealed up tight thanks to his great work. I figured that since the hurricane was approaching that he would not be able to do the job as scheduled but he was here as promised and that meant so much as without him our leaky roof would have caused incredible damage inside our home due to the hurricane. I also asked him to come back and properly install a transition from my roof to the porch which also wasn't done properly by the previous company, he came out as scheduled and within two hours everything was done correctly. He is also excellent in communicating issues that might be a concern down the line. I can't say enough good things about him, it was a pleasure working with him and he will have my roofing business as long as I own this home. Just the best.
