Updated: They have reached out to further discuss with him, I appreciate the customer service. My boyfriend had his roof done recently through this company. He chose this company over the other bids because the fact they bid hand stamping at a rate he was happy with. They had mentioned this wasn't necessary unless it was a certain temperature, however he said (multiple times in paper and in person) that he wanted the hand stamping done anyway. They did not complete this. He has requested it to be fixed and they still refuse. The only reason they won the bid was for the pricing of the hand-stamping, and they WILL NOT do it. I do not recommend this company, keep in mind "cheaper is not always better" before having them work on your roof. They blatantly ignore paying customer requests for no good reason.

Called these clowns twice for an estimate and was assured I would receive a quote within a day or two. It never happened. Horrible customer service, can only imagine what the quality of there work is. If you use them, good luck!
