I called Alex to give me an estimate to repair my roof when a storm came through my subdivision. He was very professional and explained the process much better than some of the other companies that was knocking on my door. I wanted to choose a company that was local and would be around if I needed any warranty work completed. I am happy with the choice we made, the work was completed better than expected and the crew did an good job on the cleanup.

Last month I had several issues with the gutters/downspouts and also an attic fan on my house. I contacted Ridgid and was very pleased with the quality of service I received from this local company. It felt like a family and Alex went above and beyond my expectation to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
