Jupiter Roofing & Sheet Metal was recommended to me by a friend on Jupiter Island. I contacted this company numerous times for an estimate on a new roof and never received a phone call from them. Upon following up, I was told that they’re “months behind” on existing work and backlogged. I suppose that’s a nice problem to have, but in the future you should proactively communicate this to your potential customers and not leave them hanging when you’ve been recommended by other paying customers.
