We had a couple bids to get our roof replaced. We went with EZ General because their roof tile selection was amazing and their bid was very prompt and professional. The team was on time and hard working. I would highly recommend this company, especially for tile roofing. They have a gorgeous selection to choose from and tons of experience with tile roofing. We're satisfied with our choice and also the price we paid.

I called Ez to schedule a roof inspection and Chris Clerbout came out to inspect a few days later. He sounded very professional on the phone but his Knowledge and work was not. He came out to tell us a 7 year old tile roof needed to be fully replaced. It took him a week to give us the written report (it was written very subpar & not very detailed) he then contacted the owner of the home to convince him the roof needed to be repaired, thinking he would get the job. The insurance companies engineer went out and concluded that the roof did not need to be replaced. Chris then hired his "engineer" to come out to say the roof needed to be repaired and that his report would take 3 weeks to get. I thought this was absurd when the other engineer took 3 days. After all this process, we hired another roofer that was very respected in the community and has been around for a long time, and he said the tile roof was in good condition, just needed some tiles repaired. With all this being said and to top it off, myself and the owner of the house has tried to contact Chris after about 10 calls and messages in the last week and half, he hasn't responded. Good luck with this company.
