I recently purchased an outdoor pavilion from Hickory Dickory Decks, along with the construction of a new deck and fence. From the service provided to the quality of the end product, I was satisfied each step of the way. I obtained 4 different quotes for this project, because it was an expensive undertaking. Rob Hendricks, of HDD was the only company representative that came to discuss the project and pricing with me in person. All the others wanted me to send pictures and with limited conversation, were prepared to send me quotes. For the kind of money involved in this project, I wasn’t satisfied with just sending pictures and receiving a quote. The final product looks great, and the entire experience was extremely positive.
