Dean or Dave, i forgot the name, but the gentleman from this outfit came on time and very courteous, services rendered as promised and explained that if anything went wrong with repair he performed he would be right back to warranty it. of course, promise is easier said than to be kept so will see, but his demeanor and actions up to that point made it easier to believe. will use again if needed, hopefully not.
