PMI did a complete gut renovation for me. The scope of work included drawing up plans, obtaining the necessary permits, demolition, and construction. The work was very high quality and the costs were fair. We stayed within the agreed upon budget and time frame for completion of the project. They were professional and efficient and were very easy to reach to answer any questions or concerns. The whole experience was very positive and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very unprofessional, I made an appointment to get an estimate,the guy came over and took measurements and told me to wait for their email, its been 3 weeks and they never got in touch with me, I even called them to see what whats going on an I couldn’t get an explanation , dont loose your time ! Go somewhere alse

PMI remodeled my kitchen that was destroyed by a flood from a pipe burst. They helped me work with my insurance company, then helped me with numerous cosmetic options including widening a wall so that I could manipulate the layout of the kitchen. In addition to the cosmetics they offered me different ideas to consider with modern cabinets and the sink too. They were very accommodating and always updated me whenever someone was able to come earlier or later due to whatever else their crew was dealing with in the field.

We needed to replace the siding on our house so made an appointment for PMI to come out and give us an estimate. The guy who showed up was nice enough, clean cut, and professional looking, but he very obviously didn't want to be there and was gone in about 10-15 minutes. He said it would take a week to get back to us with an estimate. That was almost 2 months ago, never heard another word.
