From our first meeting with Sebastian and Marius we felt confident they could provide us with the loft conversion we wanted (within our very tight budget) and they did not fail to deliver! Everything their service offered was hugely impressive - their regular communication to update us on the various stages of the project, as well as quick reactions to our many queries; the extremely tidy, professional and friendly team of builders working on site; the numerous cost saving tips and most importantly the fantastic finish and the fact the work was done so quickly. This was a huge undertaking for us and they made it so easy! We have no hesitation in recommending them for any project, big or small. We will definitely be using them again for any future work. They are a delight!

I have first approached SimplyEasy Refurbs in December 2018 when we have decided to convert our loft. Having searched through several companies, my husband and I were impressed after the initial meeting as both the owner (Sebastian) and the project manager (Marius) attended unlike the other companies we got a quote from. We felt the quote given to us was well broken down into ensuring we understood what was included though might be also useful to get a second opinion from someone you trust, which we did and they found it to be a reasonable, competitive price. Despite liking the quote and the representatives we met, I wanted to make sure that I can be confident with our choice as it was a huge commitment. I have sent countless emails and questions to Sebastian to reassure myself, all of which were answered promptly and with patience. Excellent communication throughout which in the end was one of the deciding factors. We had a few initial hiccups due to party wall agreement (not due to the company but because of having to deal with a housing association), however, Sebastian and the surveyor team worked hard to help us resolve it satisfactorily. When the project finally began, all the different teams starting from the builders, plasterers, carpenters, electrician, plumber, people who were preparing walls for plastering as well as doing touch ups - all of them coming in were fantastic, always tidying up after themselves at the end of each day which is much appreciated as we are living in the property whilst the works are done. The initial structure was put up efficiently and fast, many neighbours commenting on how lovely it looks from the outside. As we started, our project grew and is therefore still ongoing as we had our ceilings lowered so have decided to also refurbish the first floor and now also the ground floor, the kitchen and the garden. So far so good. :-) There will be inevitable hiccups and things will not always go smoothly as you have to be realistic with big projects, particularly, if you continue to live at your property whilst works are ongoing. Nevertheless, I can rest easy knowing that Sebastian and Marius, and their team, will do their utmost to sort everything using excellent communication and teamwork between the different teams. I would highly recommend them and will be happy to speak to any potential customers upon request as I know how invaluable this is when commiting such large amounts of money and your home.
