Chris of CnC Park Home Services erected a poly carbonate roof onto my garden pergola. Initially I was happy with the result. It then became apparent that only 3 of the 4 sides had a finishing trim which resulted in water and dirt getting trapped between the double layers. I started messaging Chris about this early April 2019. The work had been completed a few months earlier. It took some while for Chris to return as he was only going to do so "when he was passing". When he did return he was insistent that a fourth strip wasn't required. The saga continued the water kept getting in and the dirt kept building up. We are now into May when he tells me he will "return for the last time" and 'I only wanted something to keep the sun out of my eyes" Chris then told me "again when he was passing" he would remove the roof and give me back £150. I paid £265. I am a retired female living alone recovering from shoulder surgery. Chris has been indifferent obstructive and rude to me in emails. I paid by bank transfer so have no way of getting my money back. I would strongly advise you to think carefully before employing Chris because if there are any problems and you have paid him, he will have no interest whatsoever in putting anything right.

Ten months on from having a new bathroom installed that Chris couldn't plumb in...still having problems and paying a plumber to help solve those problems, e.g. leakage under bath, loosely joined connections, etc....very disappointed that the job wasn't finished to the standard we expected.
