Honest with fair pricing -- two things that seem to be hard to find in a service company. Elite Roofers is exactly that. I had a roof leak that threatened to ruin my Master Bedroom. Elite was able to locate the source of the issue and make the repairs quickly, and didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. They were very accommodating, and very considerate. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly, walked me through every step of the repair, provided several photos as they performed the repairs (real time), and made sure I was completely satisfied before presenting the invoice - which was well below what I expected to pay for such a quality job.

Elite representative got on my roof, took pictures to my insurance company, renegotiated for more. They showed insurance what needed to be done from a perspective of someone who KNOWS what you need in your roof. Can't recommend enough!
