Two years ago, IDS subcontracted for our roof to be repaired and recoated with elastomeric coating. The work included a 7 year warranty for coating and 4 years on labor. I have contacted this business numerous times for repair of blisters and cracking, according to the warranty. I don’t get called back and no one shows up to honor this warranty. Horrible business, zero customer service, poor value for the money. Now we have to pay up to $4600.00 to redo our roof when it should cost us nothing.
