Pushy younger solicitor interrupted my dryer repair, walking up and throwing his sales pitch for a house repaint. Told him I was not interested and very busy, but his mouth kept running. After three more not interested comments, he left still talking. The next day my neighbor, an very nice woman, called on me to help her out with a pushy contractor that wouldn't leave. I walked next door and a sloppy looking older man named "Jeff" was pointing out "big problems" with the older stucco, wood, pergola, etc.... Her house is in better shape than most in the area. Jeff then meandered around the back yard trying to emphasize items of disrepair that were in need of immediate attention. When told to leave, Jeff became indignant , condescending, and belittling. He then walked into the house uninvited through the back door, through the kitchen, hall, and livingroom to the front door where he paused to attempt to set up a date for a more thorough estimate. Jeff wouldn't get a clue that his mannerisms and pushy used car salesman attitude lost Sun Coast Our business from the get go. Avoid this company, read the many similar reviews, and call someone else to get treated with respect for any house projects.

Very careful and courteous. Did job in a timely manner. Looks awesome. Answered all our questions. Gave detailed instructions. The windows keep it cooler inside than outside. Block out noises.

I had a very good experience with Sun Coast. The product demonstration was thorough and I had all of my questions answered and they helped me finance the project. When it came time to install the crew was onetime, courteous and very accommodating to my home schedule. They installed the product very efficiently and without any inconvenience to myself or my neighbors.

Bill and David did a great job installing our new windows. They were very thorough and very conscientious cleaning up when they were done. It is so nice to finally have doors and windows that open and slide easily!
