DNZ was assigned to fix our dishwasher through Home Depot protection plan. They come to our house 5 times, installed 2 parts and still could not fix the dish washer. The last time the technician came out he told us it was not repairable and they would report the information to Home Depot so we could get resolution. This was one month ago. I have left multiple messages with them, Home Depot has called and emailed them with no response. This company has been a nightmare to work with. If they are ever assigned to you by Home Depot I would strongly suggest you request another company. To date we have NO resolution on our dishwasher.

Do not hire this company, bad service on appliance repairs. If you have Sears always ask who they are sending. I do not recommend this company.

I don't know about the rest of their services, but, their appliance repair scheduling is horrible. NO customer service. I had put in a request through Sears and the initial appointment was scheduled. A part needed to be ordered, the part was received and a follow up scheduled for 2-6PM. At 5:30 the technician called and said he would be much later than 6, so I asked to reschedule. The nightmare began. I could NEVER get a call back, I left a message with 10 different days of availability and no appointment scheduled. I finally got Sears involved and an appointment scheduled for 8-2pm, at 4 on the appointed day, the technician finally showed up. He started to move the refrigerator out, onto my hardwood floor with NO PROTECTION for the floor. When I asked nicely if he could put something down to protect the floor, he reluctantly got some cardboard out of his truck and cut it up to protect the floor. Given the choice, I would never use this company again.

Don't use them. Showed up promptly, told me they would need to get approval for the parts from my home warranty provider, then disappeared. I tried calling them left a message and no response.

They did great job, show up on time very professional and friendly. Recommend DNZ to everyone. Thanks guys!!!
