I am in the initial stages of beginning my roof project so this 5 that I am giving Quality Essentials is based on their quick and professional response to my request for an estimate. Casey and Donovan showed on time, spent a lot of time inspecting my roof taking pictures and measuring, all of which they shared with me. They have me a fair estimate (I had already had two before them) and helped me understand how the process would work. I am pleased with their professional knowledge and efficiency so far. I will be back to update my review once my roof project is complete.

Donovan Brown replaced my shingles roof with a metal roof last year in 2018 and gave me a 5 year warranty but he did not honor the contract I would not advice you to use him MY home is still raining in side now it was not Even a month after he did the job and my roof has leaks in four rooms now .January 2019.

Donovan Brown was a man of his word got with a different contractor and did a excellent job on my roof and inside of the house, you all may know them weather shield out of Columbus Georgia January 24, 2019.
