Chad answered our phone call quickly and came to our house to look at our issue a few days later. We were encouraged with his professionalism and hopeful that he would do good work. However, he never sent a quote and we have tried to call a dozen times over the past two weeks and can't get an answer. At the least, a quote or a phone call to say "I'm sorry, I'm too busy to complete this job for you" would have been nice.

The owner, Chad, delivered superb customer service from start to finish. He came out himself to do the consultation and was prompt about getting us our quote. He answered every question that we had. It was apparent that he had a passion for his work. He was the third place we called and the ONLY company that didn't send a salesman who only tried to upsell their services and didn't seem to have any answers to our questions. He was happy to work with our home owners insurance. We received 3 quotes and Pro Foundations quote was HALF what the other two larger names quoted for the SAME job. The job was completed on the day that was originally discussed. We were given a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of the work they did for us, while the others offered us only a 3 month warranty. It was a no-brainer for us and I'm sure if you have the pleasure of shaking the owner's hand, you'll feel the same! Our neighbors hired him to fix a similar problem, and I will continue to recommend Pro Foundations to everyone. I've never been more pleased with a purchase or more sure that I made the best decision on who I allow to work on my home!

Very professional from the quote to the completion of the job. Hard these days to trust a company to do what it said it would do. Glad we found Pro Foundations! We are very pleased with the work!!
