Originally had a local company that was supposed to be reputable assisting me get my roof and siding replaced after the storm. They were very rude and missed the adjuster meeting with my insurance and the claim was denied. I contacted Masterbuilt for an estimate since I was going to have to pay for the damages out pocket. Jason Johnson was able to get the insurance company to reopen the claim and they paid for the roof, siding, gutters and even my patio furniture. The crews that came out were quick, courteous and clean. When I came home from work I couldn't tell that anyone had been there other than my roof had been replaced. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company. Poor work, lack of communication, cheap materials they constantly try to pass off, 9 months over schedule on a couple of week project, constantly lying about schedule and work to pander to me & came home to find workers doing drugs in my driveway. Please do your research. This company took our insurance money and left our home worse than the storm damage. We just had to settle on how it was because they would come out to fix the work and take shortcuts that would make it worse. This is a storm chasing company at its very worse.
