TMC Contracting did an outstanding job in the remodeling project performed for us. They painted our home, installed a new exterior door and stained our porch after first rebuilding the screened in porch that was damaged by hail. Tim and his crew lead by (Carlos) did an outstanding job in workmanship and making sure everything was done correctly and top notch. They were excellent to work with and took great pains to make sure that the job was done right and to our satisfaction. I would definitely use TMC Contracting again in the future if needed.

DO NOT HIRE. This company was contracted to install new windows I previously purchased and fix wood rot as well as paint the exterior of my house. The project took much, much longer to compete than I was quoted. As a result the paint has rippled on the gutters because they painted when the temperature was too cold. Tim left his crew with no supervisor so they didn't show up until 11am or later. (He said they would start at 8 am) They took 3 hour lunches and left before 6pm. As a result the project went into the late fall. The crew tried to get me to pay before the work was completed because they needed rent money. (Not my problem Ask your boss.) This was a violation of their contract. I had to rent my own trash container and fill it myself because Tim never got around to providing one as his contract said. He took my copy of the contract and didn't return it, then deleted it from Home Advisor website so I had no proof. Many windows were not installed correctly. Some won't open or stay open. The paint is already peeling and the work was done less than 1 year ago. I hired him because he ad good reviews but his crew did a horrible, slow, shoddy job. I have warned several people who have asked about my project to not look at reviews but come look at my house's peeling paint and ask my neighbors how long it took to complete.

TMC Contracting is a very reliable company to use for any home improvement projects you may have. They know exactly how to do the job that they are given, very reliable, and they make your vision come to life. I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting tile, painting, staining, and any other type of work done! I give them a 5 out of 5 stars!

perfect work, they made every single detail detailed. Ask Tim to help you to choose the colour, he will never disappoint you. Super nice crew . I will definetely use them again.

Tim and his team do excellent job no matter the size. Very pleased with my duplex paint job and tile work in my bathroom. Thank you Tim!
