Horrible experience with this company. They replaced my roof and gutters in 2016 and I've had nothing but issues with leaks and internal water damage since they replace the roof and gutters. I did not have any of these issues before they replaced the roof and gutters. No one has returned my calls or emails to resolve the internal leaks and water damage to my ceiling. The gutters are useless. Poor job and experience. I'm paying the cost of doing business with them.

Lousy roofing contractors that do not stand behind their work and do not even do the roofing basics like caulk nail heads or flash around chimneys. I purchased a home with a brand new A1 roof in 2017 and it leaks like a sieve. When i called A1 they told me they can do nothing since i purchased the home from the previous owner who spent $9000!!! on the brand new roof and the warranty is non-transferable. Do you and your family a favor and steer clear of this company and any home they have touched.

A1 was great to work with from start to finish. I had never replaced a roof before this storm and I was unaware of the claim process. After a couple of major hail storms last Spring, James and his team were able to walk me through the entire process and help me work with my insurance company to ensure I was able to get everything damaged in the storm (roof, gutters, fence, etc) filed in the claim and repaired in a very quick time-frame. I was impressed by the attention to detail and workmanship of his team to make my roof look better than before. I highly recommend A1 to anyone looking to replace a roof.

Exceptional 5 star service!! I’m not usually one to write reviews but A1 definitely surpassed my expectations. I was very impressed from start to finish. Their professionalism, honesty, promptness, quality of work and attention to detail were top notch. Their whole team made this an easy and painless experience.
