Excellent from start to finish. We did have a hiccup - the floor we ordered was marked correctly on the box but somehow it was the wrong color. There was no way they could have known it was wrong so it's absolutely not their fault! As soon as I noticed the issue, the guys immediately pulled it up without complaint, located the correct color floor at a supplier, and still had it completely installed that day. Totally impressed with Floor to Ceiling Designs!
