Please please please never use this roofer. They are scam artists at best. We were forced to use them on a new strip center project as they were the company who installed the roof and carried the warranty. We needed a few penetrations in the roof and roof jacks installed as well as a roof curb to set an air conditioner. First of all, they charged twice as much as any other roofer we called for pricing and when asked why, the answer given was, well you have to use us or the warranty is voided. Secondly, the “roofing crew” (use that term lightly) showed up and told my AC crew to go ahead and cut the roof, mount the roof jacks and curb, and then level out the curb. When asked why we were doing all of the work, they actually stated “we don’t know how”. My crew did every single thing with the exception of laying down small patches of new roofing material and heating it up. I have been in my industry for 25 years and have dealt with more roofers than I could ever remember. I’ve never in my life had to deal with a roofer who grossly overcharged and had my men do all of THEIR work.
