- GREAT EXPERIENCE - These guys took the time to meet with our neighborhood and explain their payment/fee process (that can be very confusing dealing with insurance and adjusters.) They made it super easy by only charging us our allotted roofing line item payout (RCV) and took the responsibility to pursue our insurance company directly for any overage expenses so we did not have to worry about coming out of pocket, hoping and waiting for reimbursement. They kept the work site picked up daily and knocked the roof out very quickly. Following the installation, we had an odd garage wall leak. They sent people our three different times following rains to track down and fix the illusive leak, which they did. I 100% recommend.
