As others have said, look for another contractor. Had a stamped patio slab poured Sept. 2018 and it immediately had big craters in it from a defective template. The owner, Scott, blew it off as no big deal and refunded me $300 for the template he had to rent because his others were on a different job. This was a cost I should have never incurred to begin with. Now, in spring 2019 (6 months after being poured) it has a large crack running lengthwise down the whole length and the sealer is worn off. I contacted Scott and he said he would drop off some sealer in April for me to apply. He now refuses to answer my calls. He is a shady salesman and will try convincing you that everything is normal, constantly saying stuff like “my patio looks rough this spring too” and “my driveway cracked and raised over the winter from the frost too” which may all be true because he probably did his own work. Bottom line is save yourself some headaches and go with a different concrete contractor. I will not include here the comments one of his employees made about his work, but will only say they were not favorable.

Jim and his crew did a wonderful job on our concrete. He poured the slab for our garage at both of our houses. He also did our driveway. We couldn't be more pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.

When we finally were ready to build a garage after 40 years in our home and needed to replace the old driveway and extend it, we met with several concrete companies. Apple Valley gave us the best value and did a wonderful job on our driveway and garage slab. Jim is great to work with and his crew are polite, courteous, and helpful. They work hard and completed our job in a short time with excellent results. We will always recommend Apple Valley.

Was a subcontractor for a garage project in 2016..looked great when it was done minus several loose pockets where the concrete wasn't compacted correctly. I was instructed to not park on it for a week stayed off roughly a month. This is the first winter and there's three larger cracks in the pad in front of the garage and the pad is raised around a half inch where it meets the garage not allowing my garage to drain. Save your money go somewhere else for concrete work.
