DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! About 4 months after having my entire roof replaced by this company, we discovered, while cleaning out our eaves trough, (of which we replaced with this company also,) several pieces of shingles that were not nailed down. Gashaw Kassaye, the owner, said that the shingles must of blown off with the wind. They did not blow off with the wind. They were still there, just not nailed down. He said he could not repair it during the winter. He said he would be back in the spring. He didn't come. I called and called for 4 years. He kept saying, he would come, but did not show up. Then another piece of roofing came down. I called again. He said he would come. The shingles that we had purchased were no longer being made. He showed up with a different brand that would not match our shingles. (This was confirmed with the supplier.) He said it was the same, but it was not. He began yelling at me on the street. He yelled at me and said I was abusing him. I had enough! I told him that I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau and to Licensing and Standards. I went into my home and called his supplier. They gave us the name of another roofer and he came and repaired my roof. NEVER USE THE SERVICES OF GASHAW KASSAYE. You have been warned.
