Truly the best place if you are looking for a TERRIBLE experience. Took two trips to get measurements done. Only three sets of windows. Was told by the worker that measured the windows that it normally takes 3/4 weeks after measuring. Ended up taking over 5 weeks. Big day of installation finally arrives. I was told the workers would arrive at 9am and was not told to make any preparations. I called at 10am and was told the workers were running late. 11:45am the workers finally arrive. This itself is a major party foul. Took three hours off work when PL could have just told me to be home for 12. About 2pm I ask the workers how much longer, was told 2 hours. 9pm rolls around and thats when they actually finish up. When they arrived they took down the drapes/curtains. When they left everything was bunched up on the floor or left on the side. (Please see pics). I asked them to replace everything before leaving. They told me it was late and that they were tired. Then after they left I took stock of the work done and noticed that one table leg was snapped off at the base and just standing with no screws, then the other the screws were snapped out. (Please see pics) Then at the base of all the windows changed, there was dust and drywall chunks. If you are looking for a TERRIBLE experience than look no further. PL is the company for you. The owner was not professional at all. We ordered, payed a deposit and signed a contract and have been waiting for 2 and a half months for our order, just to be told that they made a mistake and cannot do it. The owner would not do anything to help us and honour the contract. We have waited numerous months and now we are approaching winter and we still don't have what we need. The owner did not let us talk and would tell us to let herself talk first, was not professional about that. We were not happy with the way they handled this situation. I would give lower than 1 star if I could, do not recommend.
