The team are really friendly and were really good with communication. They fitted our new bathroom within the timescales they set out and did a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend them more highly! Thanks all!

**** I now see on companies house they went insolvent and opened with a very similar name at the same address, if this doesn't scream stay away nothing will!***** Still not had a call or proposal to fix the issues. After an insurance claim we used this company to re fit our family bathroom. We cannot say how bad the experience was. Broken promises, delays, poor workmanship etc you can guess how disappointed we were and still are. We bought this to the Directors attention and he had excuses for everything. the original leak took 4 attempt to fix and the kitchen ceiling came down every time. Just a horrible company, the foreman is just ignorant and rude, the staff sit in their vans for a majority of the day. In fairness there are a couple of the workers who did know their stuff and were good to deal with. Serially avoid them, very expensive and at the best shoddy, a decent DIYer could do a lot better. I have made complaints but specifically asked that it was not via phone calls due to the lies and lack of proof.

Good all round company they get the job done

If there work is only half as good as this company are as tenants you have won a chocolate watch. Professional & courteous at all times. I know if i had an issue with my own property who i would be calling !!!!

On the day of my daughters wedding we found a leak. I called S&M who provided rapid and effective temporary repair while the insurance process was underway. Given the damage was extensive we extended the job to include refurbishment of several areas incorporating, joinery, plumbing, electrical and decoration. Everyone from S&M was courteous, professional and a 'clean worker'. The work was scheduled and the right trade was available as required. I had no problems at all with them accessing the house unattended and no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.
