We have hired TRC twice in the last 3 years and will hire them again if the need arises. The first time, we noticed some loose shingles on the roof and also needed to replace the fascia above our garage door. TRC came out quickly and provided an estimate that was very reasonable. They performed a full inspection of the roof, taking pictures where there were areas of concern. The loose shingles were replaced and the facia over the garage was replaced quickly and they even painted it. More recently, when a severe storm tore a single shingle off of the roof, TRC came out and replaced it immediately. The work was so minor that they did not even charge us. Since then I have recommended TRC to others. What they offer is rare these days—excellent service at reasonable prices.

My sister, Pamela Paramore-Talton, referred me to Total Roofing & Construction, after she had TRC replace her roof. Pam was extremely satisfied with the job TRC did. Pam specifically told me to ask for Mr. Joe Bernal. I contacted Joe and set a date for him to come and evaluate the condition of my roof. Joe determined that there was consideral damage to my roof due to wind and rain, and he provided a detailed explanation of the damage and why a new roof was necessary. After providing me with a quote for a new roof, Joe suggested that I contact my home insurance company to see if I could get a claim to defray the expense for a new roof. My insurance claims inspector and Joe's joint inspection led to a claim that provide the cost for a new roof and a great deal by Joe for the cost to replace to skylites.
