Steve, Sarah, Sean, Rob are the BEST at this location! They are all knowledgeable of the vast materials in the industry. They all will help me find materials, even if I do not know the name of the products. Sometimes, if they don't have items I need, they will at least lead me in the direction. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review. I purchased Quaker windows for a new home construction project. Two windows needed to be sent back because of damage. The salesman made a mistake on the size of another window he ordered. He admitted fault, but then stated he would not be responsible for his mistake because I was not a one of his bigger accounts. Due to me just being a home owner, he would not “eat” the cost of a new window because it was my responsibility as the buyer to catch all of the mistakes he made. I caught a half dozen mistakes but missed one. I even stated if it was both of our faults then we should split the cost, to which he said he wouldn’t do. So for any future buyers, if you are just the average joe going in to buy windows/doors/roofing etc, and they make a mistake, be prepared to have to pay for their mistake.

Great team always willing to go the extra mile. Countless above and beyond favors called in that were always handled with grace. If you want a local supply house with expertise and ability to make it happen: These are your people. Truly a pleasure to do business with.
