I have been a Real Estate Broker in Brevard County for 40 years. For more than 5 years I have referred Jose Leyva at Joseph Horschel Roofing and all my clients have been very pleased with his work. Last year he replaced the roof on my four unit building. The other unit owners were very impressed with the workmanship and the site clean-up during and after the roof installation. The roof he installed far exceeded the city requirements. Now for the best part -- In one day they removed all the old shingles and dried-in the new roof, so if it rained that evening the roof would not leak. As soon as the city inspection was finished they came back the next day and put the shingles on. That does not happen with most other roofers. Now this is the really best part -- their price was very reasonable. The same as and lower than some of the other roofers who replaced the roofs on the other buildings in my complex. I ask the city inspector to name the best roofers in Brevard County and he said Joseph Horschel Roofing in excellent!!! I would not use anyone else..

if there were 8 stars available for rating, I would use them all for this company. They are very busy which only alludes to the fact that they are good. When the work needed to be done from damage from Hurricane Irma, a worker George provided help. When the time came to work on the roof, they were quick, professional and thorough. Joseph Horschel is as honest as the day is long and they spend some pretty long days. The office staff is friendly and I want to thank them all, especially to George who really treated me like a brother. They're all a special bunch.

I had to edit a previous review where they had taken their time coming out to support a roof that we redid with them. Now years later, I must say that I feel completely opposite about Joseph Horschel, in a very good way. Jose came by to check a roof leak that D&H Magic Air (stay away) blamed on the roof, took videos of it being a A/C duct problem, and said he was willing to meet the A/C technicians out here after a rain to prove it is not the roof. Above and beyond service!
