Finding a good contractor is a very stressful thing for a typical home owner when work needs to be done. After speaking with many different roofing contractors, we selected Total and we are very pleased that we did. They did a very good job on our roof. Their crew worked hard and worked long hours to get the job done. During the entire process, they communicated very effectively with us. We knew when the material would be delivered, when the dumpster would be delivered and every other step along the way. They did not ask for a deposit before starting work. In fact, after the job is completed, their office sends an invoice. We recommend Total Roofing to anyone who needs a roof or roof repair. We could not have a higher opinion of this company and of all of their employees.
These guys were overall great! First,Kevin came out and gave an estimate. He returned my calls in a timely manner even outside of normal business hours. It was simple, easy, no back and forth, just a straight all inclusive estimate. They were in the middle price range of other estimates. They are family owned and have one manager on site checking the workers jobs all day long. The manager, Ryan, called me daily to give updates. They under promise and over deliver! They were able to start and finish the job sooner than their estimates which made us so happy. It took about 3 and 1/2 days. The work quality was inspected by their inspector and our own inspector and passed both with no issues. The workers don’t speak English, but that wasn’t a problem because Ryan was in touch daily to answer any questions. Overall they were pleasant, efficient, and so easy to work with. Thank you, guys for making the process as pleasant as possible.
No accountability. Drivers speeding down our neighborhood and making a point to burn out his tires in front of our kids. Real classy. I’m sure their roofing work is just the same quality as the way they treat our neighborhood. Will discourage all to use this company.
Terrible mistake to have hired this company. I will regret this for many years. Don't believe anything their sales rep tells you. The work was awful. They use unskilled migrant workers to do the work. The job was done very poorly from start to finish. I have to look at this every day when I walk around the house. Wish I had the money to have it all torn off and redone by skilled people who actually know what they are doing.
Really happy with my new roof. Had about 11 roofers come out 9 gave (2 never followed through)me estimate and they seemed to be the most level headed straight forward company. Minutes after nick looked at my roof I had an estimate in my hand. Their were no back and forth emailing or phone calls reasonably priced. I liked how they were on Angie's list and BBB. They were on in the middle of the pack when it came to overall cost. I had a hard working crew working on my roof. Took them 1 day to uninstall my old shingles, replace some plywood and place most of the underlaying. The 2nd day they laid down half of my shingle and stopped due to weather. Came back the third day and finished it all. Cleaned up around my house very well! Check them out before calling someone who doesn't have proof of there work.
