Michael and his team did a terrific job installing 9 Lally columns in the basement of our new home. We took quotes from 4 different contractors and Michael listened to our feedback on the initial quote and provided a great solution at an unbeatable price: ~20% lower than the top bid. (We had an unusual situation: our old columns were carrying the loads at T-intersections. He proposed custom-made 8"x16"x0.75" plates to support the loads which look great!) Besides the new columns and the new cement, you'd never know they were there. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Michael, Corey and the whole team at Premier Basement are total pros and did an incredible job on our very complicated basement waterproofing project that involved a large amount of surface water coming in through the foundation walls and ground water coming up through the floor. We had 3 other companies come out to look at our basement before finally finding Michael, and none of them could tell us how to fix the problems we were having. When Michael came out it was a huge relief. He immediately knew what needed to be done, came up with a clear plan of attack, and sent me a quote 2 hours after he left. Although we had to wait a bit to start the project because these guys are so in demand, the weekend after Michael came out to do the quote there ended up being a big storm and Michael actually called me unprompted and offered to come out on his Saturday off to install a commercial dehumidifier to help keep the moisture levels down until the work could start. Unbelievable customer service -- and just like Michael said, the dehumidifier made a HUGE difference! Scheduling everything was also a dream (Kristal in the office is the best!) and once the project started, Michael, Corey and their crew were absolute beasts about tackling the job. Although Michael originally thought they could finish the interior part of the project (french drains, new sump pump, + vapor barrier on the walls) in 4 days, they ended up spending 5 and 1/2 days doing the work because they were perfectionists about every little detail. Even though I'm sure this cost Michael and Corey more money, they didn't charge us an extra penny for the additional time they and their crew spent to make sure everything was done right. And we couldn't be happier with the final results: our basement is dry as a bone and looks 1000% better!
