Just had our roof finished today. Really happy with the professionalism and helpfulness through the process. I'm a super busy person, and most of our communications were via email, text and phone calls. David Dickerson was my contact and is great about keeping me informed and up to speed on everything. Helped handle the insurance claim after my company had messed up and to have new checks reissued. Took a huge burden off me that I really don't have time for. As far the actual roof process went, it was all completed in one day, and they told us exactly what to expect and do. The materials were delivered the day before, and work started early the next morning and was finished by the evening! They cleaned up their mess and left me with a brand new roof. The workers worked hard and all day and seemed careful and thorough from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them, and everyone I know that's used them told me they had similar good experiences with their process so I felt good going in knowing I had friends and neighbors happy with them as well. David went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way and really helped when it came to the insurance company. If you need a new roof, don't hesitate to give them a call!

Jasper just installed our new roof and it looks great. Joe Palladino made this whole process a wonderful, stress free experience from beginning to end. He explained everything to us, kept us in the loop on each step of the process and came by after the roof was done to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any concerns. We also received emails from Jasper throughout the process detailing everything for shingle delivery and roof installation. I feel they were very professional and did quality work. I would definitely recommend Jasper.

Early experience has very good. Process of getting started has been very good. Kevin has is very informative, soft sale guy. Showed up at our door and before I knew it he had inspected the roof and we are talking the process of getting started on getting our roof done. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Kevin. Being Christians we felt a strong connection with Kevin, also a strong Christian. Experience has been very positive and hoping for a positive experience if/when insurance company gives the go ahead. Roof was completed. Pleased with the results. A very positive experience was the support we got from Jim. He supervised the job at our home. He was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. Excellent communicator and very customer oriented. Thank You Jim!

Only works with insurance and will not bid on roof unless you have insurance! This screams “we milk the insurance company for all we can get” to me.. the roof may be good, but to not do anything but insurance roofs? Shady at best.

Kevin stopper by our home today offered to do free roof inspection. We are listing the home so this sounds like a good selling point. He is going to help us through the entire insurance claim process. Jim project manager was professional and friendly very knowledgeable. Jim pointed out information about about out new roof and did a thorough inspection including the site cleanup. Thanks, great Job.
