Best company for a roof. They listen to your needs and respond quick and there work is guaranteed

I'm very happy with the job they did on my roof. They gave me a quote three days after calling. I got quotes from 5 roofers and theirs had best warranty for price. I have a flat part and pitched roof and had some serious rot problems on part of the flat roof. I feel like Mike really listened and gave some good suggestions in the quote process. They started work within a week of paying deposit and signing paperwork. Roof was done a week later. I was home most of the week with a sick kid and was worried the noise might be an issue but it wasn't. Roof looks great. They did a good job cleaning up. They didn't bother me coming and going, they just worked and left each day except final day when they did a walk around with me to make sure I was happy. Some people like to know every time someone's there but I just wanted job done. Roof passed inspection next day. Part of why I chose them over other contractors was that they do other exterior work and I knew I needed some other work done. I figured if they did good on this then I'd have them do the other projects. They did a great job so I'll be calling them back soon to to hire them to do the other work.

Happy we went with Certified Roofing and Renovations. They started our shingle roof just two weeks after given our deposit and finished in just a few days. Crew was hardworking, on time and everything was left very clean. The office staff was fantastic with communication. Definitely recommend.

After the Hurricane, I needed a reliable roofing contractor who had a good price. I called 3 different contractors to get different quotes and Michael came in with the lowest price. He had also done multiple roofs in my neighborhood after the previous hurricane and was recommended by my neighbor. She had told me that he came around after the hurricane to check the roofs he did to see if any lost shingles. none of them did. This company provided me with excellent communication, quality and workmanship from start to finish. They really took all the worry out of getting this task done. I want to personally thank Michael for all of his help and putting me at complete ease. I felt the company along with Michael went above and beyond what a normal contractor would do.

Soon as I was ready for the porch roof to be done Rick and the guys came over right away and did the job It hasn’t rained yet to test it but Rick assures me the porch roof will outlast the new roof that’s on the house And they didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up I like fast and efficient something I haven’t experienced in Florida until I got these guys
