Had a simple repair request for a small leak, 1-2 sheets of plywood, and a few shingles to be replaced. The estimate came in around $1,000 from 2 other companies. Pit Crew was slow to respond to my first request for the estimate and after calling again I was told the roof needed to be completely replaced. I think the estimator didn't want to write up the estimate or maybe he forgot to write it up. A full replacement is not an accurate estimate of my roof so I wanted to write this review to warn others. If you can bend the asphalt shingle fully without cracking and breaking it's a good sign the roof has some years left on it. My roof shingles bend and they show signs of normal 13 years of wear. Definitely not ready to be replaced. I will be going with 1 of the other 2 roofers that both said my roof had years of wear left. Also, I got a call back a week after my request for repair to see if I wanted to schedule the replacement. The guy called me at 7:50 am, completely clueless. That's a fun way to start the day.

Had a couple of characters show up the day after the hail storm claiming we had hail damage. Called my tried and true company Pit Crew for an inspection. Inspector came out next day. Took pictures and checked my roof out and said roof not needed to be done at this time. Pit Crew replaced a roof on our mobile home that we had before the current home. Great job. Highly recommend and highly reliable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I signed with Pit Crew through Mickey Fields in May of 2018. Pit Crew didnt start work on my roof until late August 2018. In December of 2018 Pit Crew Claimed they were done with my roof. Their "Quality" team needed me to tell them what they missed on several occasions and even no called, no showed on several quality touch up /final checklist items we had appointments for. THE ILLEGAL UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS that were on my roof splattered tar on the raised exteriors walls, left my property filthy and punched a hole in my wall without anyone telling me about it! I had to find it on my own and make an issue about it getting fixed and it stayed that way for two months before it was repaired! I finally took delivery of my completed roof February 28, 2019! But thats not all! During the process they claimed there was more money needed for my interior claim so they went to a public adjuster they used in the past and dragged that process out until June 11, 2019! Nothing for my interior claim was ever completed! I have fired Pit Crew Roofing and the public adjuster that Pit Crew used to find out from the public adjuster that Pit Crew was delaying the process as my insurance carrier told me as well! Upon FINALLY recieving the Release from Contract with Pit Crew I simply asked for receipts for the two I surance payments and my deductible and a owner of the company is refusing to correspond the receipts and is referring me to her lawyer! For receipts! SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I AM REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Brevard County's Chamber of Commerce and anyone else I can warn about their unsavory business practices!!!

Am very happy with the overall service. Mickey was there every step of the way and stayed in communication with me. They cleaned up every day, which is great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our roof looks and works great. Mickey was very responsive to any contact, and the office was super helpful. When there was a snafu, it was handled immediately. Overall, they did a professional and courteous job.
