Had Zigmund replace my roof and some rotten areas. The job was completed in a timely manor and for the price quoted. Recommend to anyone. A company that cares about their customers! The work that was performed above and beyond that i had expected.. The roof was actually done before completion date given. The workers were diligent, polite, & professional. A little over priced but you get what you pay for.

I recently had a roof replaced by Zigmund Builders. They were fast, efficient, informative, and the price was insanely fair. I was so impressed, I referred a family member and a friend. They both called me a couple of months down the road and to no surprise were both highly impressed with the work, the timely manner the roof was completed, and most of all, the price. RUN AWAY! I was scammed by this company and their owner, Stephen Crawford. They abandoned an unfinished job of replacing my complete roof that they were paid in full for to date, caused thousands of dollars in damage from negligence and poor workmanship, then refused to finish the job, fix the quality issues, or take responsibility for damages they caused for the portion of work they actually did do. The owner actively avoids me and as a last resort I am left to sue them to regain compensation for breach of contract and damages caused. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and the owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive after dozens of polite attempts to reconcile and give them multiple opportunities to fix their mistakes. If you need a good quality roof replacement, then look elsewhere. Also, if you have been another victim of this company, please contact me! UPDATE: Zigmund roofing is threatening to sue me through "Coastal Law Group" if I don't delete this review. I keep seeing bad reviews of their business magically deleted also... it makes me wonder if they are threatening to sue everyone leaving honest/negative reviews to try and scare them into deleting their reviews. That would be a _sad_ and _pathetic_ business strategy if so! @Zigmund the world deserves to know the truth, so I am not removing this review.
