I called this company for an estimate they did not call me back, I called them again to get an estimate which was my mistake. They could not set a schedule date or time with me as the other companies I had received estimates from could do. I told them that I wanted to be present to go over the damage that was done by another contractor which is why my roof has to be replaced that if they could call me an hour or two before going by I could possibly meet them here. 6 days ago they called and came by within 30 minutes of calling. I did not receive the call for an hour and a half due to being away from my phone. When I arrived home I found an email for a quote from them i figured they estimated it off of Google Earth. To my surprise that was not the case I noticed the gutters that were put up last year, brand new had been scratched above the garage at the front of the house. I went back and looked at the surveillance video and sure enough they took a heavy gorilla ladder with no pads or any protection and leaned it right up against the Seamless Gutter which scratched the front of the relatively new Seamless Gutters to show exposed metal. The gutter may have to be replaced with the roof being redone if the gutters can be reused now I have this issue of exposed metal to deal with. Bottom line I emailed Anderson Brothers the video and ask them to contact me how they want to rectify their damage to my property and I have not heard from them. This company could not follow simple directions, no scheduling coordination at all and now cannot reply and take ownership for the damage they did to my property! Where would I or anyone feel comfortable using this company for their services?
