Never called back for total roof replacement after 5 tries. They must not need it

Great response from this company- especially their tech they sent out (Josh). They were very responsive to my issue (broken tiles) and Josh fixed it quickly and refused to bill us at all! He even clued us in to a problem with our gutter system of which we were unaware- and have now fixed. Great customer service! It's pretty irresponsible of other "reviewers" to post negative, 1-star reviews of the company based on an idiot employee's actions while not at work- and he was fired! You can't control every aspect of employees' lives. How about real reviews for relevant business? They've earned my business, and my recommendation to friends.

I have no personal history with them. I'm wondering are they giving away free covered porches. Are they offering any special discounts right about now.
