Mr Franco was very good about doing the job originally and gave me a warranty on his work. The problem came when the roof started leaking at a valley. It took him a week to come look at it . He only put some sealer around some shingles even though I told him that wasn't the leak. Next rain the roof is still leaking. I called him back repeatedly. After two and one half more weeks of waiting I paid somone else to do the repair. I found out later that the Timberline shingles he insisted on using were not recommended for that roof and will keep springing leaks. Don't go to Franco. Update I will be now forced to put a metal roof on this house. I have tarps on it to keep it from leaking until I recover it. Mr. Franco won't answer the phone or return calls. I've also founf out that there is a recall on those shingles andmay could recoup some of my money if I cound get any cooperation from Mr. Franco
