Mr Jordan came out twice on short notice (and in the hottest part of the day) to evaluate the roof and attic of a house we wanted to purchase, but weren't sure if the roof was in good shape. He told us exactly what to watch for, which areas would benefit from minor repairs, and certified the roof. We are ready to move forward on the purchase with confidence.
