simply unacceptable. It took them almost 4 weeks to not complete a job that was quoted to be done in no more than 3-4 days. We finally had enough run around and told them not to come back. The pictures shows their finished product. Enough Said. Keep looking for a roofer that is qualified!! The estimator didn't write up proposal as asked so wrong materials were used. The Owner/VP was contacted and gave us more run around after materials we had provided to them went "missing". It apparently starts at the top and trickles down which is greatly reflected in their work and attitude towards their customers. We had to hire a separate contractor to come out a month after we fired them to fix the soffit that literally just fell out of the façade as it was not anchored to anything. I honestly can't believe that anyone could command the money they did for such absolute poor performance! This is quite literally just the tip of the iceberg. If you want to fight with a roofing contractor for almost a month, then these are your guys! I am not a difficult person to please as I am customer facing myself, but I do demand that work be done as we request and on the time frame promised when hired.
