Avoid this place, or at the very least get a second quote to keep them honest! I had them quote a roof replacement for my house, this was about as bad of an experience as anyone could have asked for. It all started when the quoting person would not even go on the roof. I don’t understand how you are supposed to quote something if you don’t even look at it. He then treated my fiance with very little respect, telling her that the roof was so bad it was dangerous to be on. With this information we reached out to our insurance for a potential claim. They came out and jumped right on the roof stating that it was not nearly as bad as we were told, but it did need to be replaced. I then had a second roofing company come out for a quote. The second company also jumped right on the roof. They said the roof was very solid and would only need minor repairs at the most, minus the new roofing materials. Deer park tried to say the gutters needed to be replace, but without getting on the roof this was not possible to see. It turns out the gutters were in perfect shape with no need for replacement. The quote of Bone Dry came in $6k under Deer Park, using the same or better materials and warranty that was doubled. I would not trust Deer Park at all and would in no way recommend them!
