Aaron Welborn review about company Mike's Roofing

They said they would send me an estimate within a couple of days. Called the first time after a week of waiting. They said they will get me an estimate. Called the second time after another week. They said my roof was too steep, not going to do the job. They never had the courtesy to call me to tell me they weren’t going to do the job. Would never recommend going to this “company”. Mike’s Roofing. I read your reply, you state I was notified that your company couldn’t do my repair at this time. I don’t know who you are talking to, but that is a lie. First, you never notified me, I had to call after more than 2 weeks to find anything out. Second, I was told that your company wouldn’t do my repair because my roof “was too steep”. I don’t run a company like you do, but if you are going to respond to a negative review. In my opinion, it would be better not to lie. If your company doesn’t want to do a job, then just be truthful about it and the customer will move on. A recommendation on who I could go to next or a little bit of help on what to do would have been nice thing to do. Of course a company would have to care about their customers before that would happen.
