Christopher Dyett review about company Mike's Roofing

This company was referred to me by my home inspector at time of purchase. The overall bid and work aspect of the job went smoothly and had it stopped there this review would have been 5 stars. After a more thorough inspection, I noticed gutters were damaged and missing in sections. Following the completion of the job I notified the company and they 'put me on the schedule' to repair (in between new roofing jobs) during down time. Fast forward 6 months and no work has taken place - or follow up for that matter. This prompted my follow up and of course I was no longer on the schedule. Additionally, it was discovered during a bathroom remodel the roof was leaking through the exhaust 'boot'. I will give credit to the company in that they sent out an associate that week - though weather conditions not idea to inspect the roof, the associate and myself got visual confirmation of the leak from inside the house. It has been 2 weeks now and still no fix - there has been a real lack of urgency placed against this issue. At this point I have went down another path for remedy.
