Kathy Srock review about company Bruce Tall Construction

I sent photos of concerns of an ice breach from our roof. Bruce Tall Construction refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. We had a roof replaced in September of 2016 by them. No issues until the February/March snowfall of 2018. The ice entered under the roof and traveled along the coverings of the beams and out the vents as you can see. I only wanted an assessment and to know what happened and if the roof's integrity has been compromised......again, no reply from Bruce Tall Construction whatsoever. My concern now if future damage, up to and including rot and or mold.
