Michael Lane review about company Bruce Tall Construction

UPDATE: Bruce Tall has fled town with the patio incomplete and no longer pays his employees. He literally is a con man. I will be pursuing legal action against him. NEVER employ. Never trust him. I employed Bruce Tall to build a concrete patio ~300 sqft. He was easy to work with at first and gave an estimate and stated that the job easily can be done between 3-5 days. This was back in April. Bruce since then has responded to about 1 in 10 text messages, he does not answer his phone, nor does he respond to emails. His lack of accountability and his limited responsiveness seem to be his personality and I would highly suspect that he will be just as unaccountable if you hire him. Additionally, he has had extreme delays that can not be attributed to weather but it is just Bruce not getting ANYTHING done. He will use weak excuses at first, but he does not even try to give excuses for his absence anymore. This is just Bruce, an unaccountable person who will never keep you up to date with the project that you spend a lot of money on. At this point, I am still waiting on ONE days work to finish the porch. When will it happen? I may never find out if I have to fire him. Bruce Tall should not be hired for any job, regardless of scale if you want it done within any reasonable time frame. At this point, I would not recommend hiring him at all. I may have to finish my porch by myself due to his lack of integrity/accountability. It has been over 3 months to do a 3 day job.
