Randy Fitzgerald review about company ACI Adjustment Group

I used ACI this spring for damage from a major snow and ice storm. I purchased my home in Lower Gwynedd, PA about 7 years ago and have had no problems with the roof until this point. The seller had purchased a new roof 8 months before I bought the home. My insurance company told me that my leak was due to "normal wear and tear," denied most of the claim, and paid me $800 for temporary leak repairs, which was below deductible. To make a long story short - I got nothing. I called ACI Adjustment Group and within 3 weeks the insurance company wrote a check covering the entire roof (2,800 sf home), damage to our master bed and bath, and also damaged stucco from a small tree that fell over during the storm. The final result: ACI Adjustment Group was worth the fee! I was able to get my roof done and have enough money left over for the other repairs! We just started work on the roof the week after 4th of July! I will upload a picture of the new roof when it is complete! Thanks guys!
