Joey Zito review about company ACI Adjustment Group

If I could give 0 stars I would. Snow storm caused branches to fall on garage . Peirced through roof. Called ACI . Came out took estimate . ACI called my insurance company . ACI set date to meet insurance company at my house . The day before the meeting. A guy named Chris a roofer showed up. Said ACI sent him. I called ACI they said yes they did . Roofer said oh branches are on roof. Insurance company won't even look at it for claim till there removed . As far as I know ACI is not aloud to send there own contractors . I could be wrong. The roofer said I can remove. Don't worry it's all covered in emergency money. I said ok. Now I have chain saw and pretty handy. I could of done it. Everything happens so fast and I had work. At the end of claim .I have a roof worth 2600.00 needs to be fixed . I got check from ACI for 320.00. And a bill from them. There percentage. Which I knew about . A bill from there roofer for 2000.00. He was here for about a hour . And worst part all the branches that were on roof he didn't take . There on side of my garage till this day . All of them. I have to remove them and pay 2300 dollars out of pocket for roof. I was scammed and ripped off. They robbed me of 2000.00 2000.00 +320.= for new 2600.00 would be great . They stole 2000.00 from me. Next is a Lawyer .
