Kevin Peterson review about company Howard's General Contracting

I used Howard's General Contracting to finish my basement and I must say From start to finish I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owner, Lance was polite and professional. His quote was not only the lowest bid but also the most detailed. He outlined every detail of the project up front. As things got changed in the project he updated the quote and I am happy to ay that even with some significant upgrades during the project we still came almost exactly on budget. The project itself was very big and I needed it don by Christmas. My project lead Mike explained right up front that it would be tight but he thought he could get it done. His communication was excellent. He told me when decisions needed to be made and when he and his crew would be working. He was sounding board and lent his expertise time and time again to show me how we could make this project a true success. When snags occurred, which wasn't often, he was up front and got the issues addressed quickly. The work itself looks immaculate and was completed a week ahead of schedule They took an area of my home that was nothing more than concrete and rafters and turned it into the highlight of my home. I am delighted with the work they did and would recommend them for any kind of home improvement or remodeling. Exceptional work. Professional team. Timely completion. Reasonable price. What more could one ask for?
